material notes

Micromax™ HT701/KA701 (formerly known as DuPont™ KA701) is a polyimide based, screen printable, dielectric ink. The ink is formulated with a printer friendly polyimide resin with a solvent system that is non-offensive to operators. The printed circuitry is well suited for printing on polyimide substrates in applications where high conductivity and very high operating temperatures are required, >200°C. The ink can be printed through a 200SS mesh screen yielding a dry film thickness of 0.0005-0.001". In order to ensure adequate dielectric strength and film integrity, two coats are recommended. The ink can be diluted using Micromax™ 8218 solvent. FOR REFERENCE ONLY
