Micromax™ 8150L (formerly known as DuPont™ 8150L) is a solvent-based screen printable ink that contains phosphor for printing electroluminescent lamps. This ink is the active element that provides the illumination when powered and has a white appearance during operation. This phosphor incorporated is specially manufactured with a microencapsulation for long life operation and low power consumption during use. Hydrophilic binders are also used to improve protection against moisture an improve longevity. This can be printed onto ITO coated polyester or Kodak HCF substrates using a 200SS mesh screen yielding a dry film thickness of 0.001-0.0015" and dried at 130°C for 1.5-9 minutes. Dilution can be achieved with Micromax™ 8210. FOR REFERENCE ONLY
