Micromax® PE773
Item number: DPPE7730-100G
Part of the Intexar™ system. It is a screen printable dielectric that is formulated as a superior barrier coat and provides excellent elongation and recovery for elongation and wearable fabric applications
material notes
Micromax™ PE773 (formerly known as DuPont™ PE773) is a specially formulated barrier ink that is part of the Micromax™ Intexar™ system designed to provide exceptional elongation and recovery during repeated flexing operations. The Intexar inks are designed to be screen-printed onto DuPont TE11C, thermoplastic urethane substrate which can then be transferred to variety of materials including textiles and flexible substrates. They are used for biosensors to monitor blood pressure, heartrate and bodily fluids as they leave the body. Printing with a 200SS mesh screen will yield a dry film thickness of 0.0005" and can be dried at 100-160°C for 2-10 minutes. Thinning can be achieved with Micromax™ 8260.
