Micromax™ 4597R (formerly known as DuPont™ 4597R) is a screen printable cadmium and pthallate free Pt/Pd/Au used for high density single and multilayer hybrids. It is readily acceptable to solder and has high leach resistance on both dielectric and alumina. It can be printed using a 200SS mesh screen yielding a 0.0006" fired film thickness with 150/100 micron lines/spaces. The ink should be dried at 150°C followed by a firing profile with a 60 minute cycle and a peak temperature of 850°C. The thinner for this ink is Micromax™ 9180R. FOR REFERENCE ONLY
