material notes

Micromax™ 7082 (formerly known as DuPont™ 7082) is a solvent-based screen printable carbon ink that provides stable high resistance traces. It can blended with Micromax™ 7102 and DuPont 5036 to achieve a wide range of resistance values from 50-550,000 Ohms. Applications include force sensing resistors, heating elements, and printed resistors to replace 3D component resistors. Micromax™ 7082 can be printed using a 325SS mesh screen to achieve a dry film thickness of 0.0005" and dried at 120°C for <10 minutes. Thinning can be achieved using Micromax™ 3610 solvent.
