A high temperature processed (850° C), screen printable dielectric that is compatible with most high temperature conductive inks.
material notes
Micromax™ QM44 (formerly known as DuPont™ QM44) is a crystallizable non-conductive dielectric that can be screenprinted. It is formulated to be an integral part of the Micromax™ QM44 system and it is versatile for high reliability and low cost multiple chip modules. It can be applied using a 230SS mesh screen to achieve a fired on thickness of 30µm. The recommended process is to allow the prints to dry at room temperature for 10-15 minutes followed by drying at 150°C for 10-15 minutes then fired for 30 minutes with a soak temperature of 850°C for ten minutes. The thinner for this ink is Micromax™ 4553. FOR REFERENCE ONLYKey Properties
