Micromax™ QQ620 (formerly known as DuPont™ QQ620) is a non-conductive screen printable composition targeted for use as an encapsulant and to protect conductive circuits. The lead and cadmium free formulation makes it suitable for applications that cannot use either lead or cadmium in fabrication of parts. The recommended process is to allow the prints to dry at room temperature for 10-15 minutes followed by drying at 150°C for 10-15 minutes then fired at a peak temperature of 510-525°C for 1-2 minutes, in a firing cycle for at least 25 minutes.
